WE HAVE SEEN THE OPEN TOMB — It gets better (previous sermon)
Old Joseph of Aramathea. Where will you be buried now?
Young Mary going to the grave. Who will open the stone for you?

NOW WE SEE THE RISEN LORD — It gets better (previous sermon)
He is high and lifted up, sitting at the right hand of God.
Because of the CROSS He is the center of History. the world celebrates his life.
Because of the OPEN TOMB He is the center of EVERYTHING.
God has exhalted him.

THE ALPHA AND OMEGA
THE BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR
THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH
THE FIRSTBORN FROM THE DEAD
THE RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE
THE WAY, THE TRUTH AND THE LIFE
THE GREAT PHYSISIAN
THE MAN OF SORROWS
THE SON OF MAN
THE LAMB OF GOD
THE MAN WHO DOES ALL THINGS WELL

THEREFORE BRING HIM YOUR ALL
YOUR SORROWS HE WILL GIVE YOU JOY
YOUR FEARS HE WILL GIVE YOU COURAGE
YOUR SINS HE WILL FORGIVE YOU FOREVER
YOUR BROKENESS HE WILL RESTORE ALL THINGS
YOUR LOST YEARS HE WILL GIVE THEM BACK AGAIN
YOUR HOPES HE WILL GIVE THEM SUBSTANCE
YOUR DREAMS HE WILL MAKE THEM REAL
YOUR FUTURE PLANS HE WILL BE YOUR FUTURE
YOUR STRENGTH HE WILL BLESS IT FOREVER
YOUR GOOD WORKS HE WILL GIVE YOU A CROWN
WHAT IS IN YOUR HAND HE WILL MULTIPLY IT GREATLY

YOU GAIN A CROWN
You have chosen the CROSS. You have given up everything.
But you gain:
CROWN OF ETERNAL LIFE
CROWN OF GLORY
CROWN OR RIGHTEOUSNESS

Romans 8 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
